Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing payments and cancellations on subscriptions to sharpscreen.ai (“Services”).

All Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable

All payments made to sharpscreen.ai are final and non-refundable. This applies to all subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise) and all billing cycles (monthly, 6-month, and annual). This policy is consistent with standard practice for B2B SaaS subscriptions.

Free Trial

New users receive 100 evaluations valid for 7 days at no cost, with no credit card required. The trial ends when either limit is reached. No payment is collected during the trial.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing soham@sharpscreen.ai. Upon cancellation:

• Monthly plans: Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No future charges will be made.
• 6-month and annual plans: Access continues until the end of the prepaid term. No future charges will be made. The current term remains non-refundable.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund the current billing period.

Account Status After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to free tier limits at the end of your current billing period. Your existing data, evaluation frameworks, and historical evaluations remain accessible. Future evaluations will be subject to free tier restrictions.

Service Failure

If sharpscreen.ai materially breaches this agreement and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days of written notice, you may terminate your subscription and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of any prepaid term.

Enterprise Plans

Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise customers are governed by the specific contract signed at the time of purchase, which supersedes this policy.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated on a payment without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately and pursue collection of the disputed amount through appropriate legal channels.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
